Our ministry provides ongoing DE&I education and training with Leadership Councils, resource groups and dedicated advocates for spiritually-centered, holistic care for patients and a supportive work environment for employees.

We deeply appreciate you – and we want you to know it through several recognition and celebration programs:

You’re eligible to contribute to a savings plan when you are hired. To help you prepare for retirement, the ministry may provide the following contributions*: 

  1. A Matching contribution to reward you for saving.  
  2. A Core contribution to ensure a basic benefit.    
  3. A Discretionary contribution to share rewards when financial and community benefit goals are achieved. 
*In most cases, an associate must work at least 1,000 hours and be employed through year-end to receive ministry contributions.
