As a mobile health clinic, our Bon Secours Care-A-Van team works to reduce health disparities within Hampton Roads and the Tidewater communities.
Services include routine evaluation and treatment of common acute illnesses including:
- Gastritis and heart burn
- Minor skin rashes
- Minor musculoskeletal pains
- Respiratory infections
- Urinary tract and bladder infections
- Headaches, ear aches and pink eye
- Chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
Bon Secours is a proad partner of the V3 Transition Program which assists transitioning veterans with employment, education, entrepreneurial, and supportive services.
The V3 Transition Program is designed to provide transition resources and assistance to veterans who call Virginia home.
Bon Secours supports nurses at all levels in pursuing formal nursing education. To both inspire future nurses and address potential financial and time management obstacles, we provide:
- Tuition reimbursement
- Partnerships with the Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing, Mercy College and the Southside College of Health Sciences
- Bon Secours Virginia Professional Nurse Advancement Program
- Role modeling through nurse leaders

Bon Secours Harbour View Medical Center, a three-story, 98,000-square-feet expansion to our existing Bon Secours Health Center at the Harbour View campus, will bring enhanced healthcare to the communities of Northern Suffolk and the Western Hampton Roads area.
The Outpatient Cardiopulmonary Rehab Clinic is a patient-centered program for those individuals who are affected by acute cardiac, pulmonary events and chronic disease.
Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital and Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center offer this program. The multidisciplinary team at these facilities consists of cardiac nurses, exercises physiologists, respiratory therapists, registered dietitians and social workers, who work closely with both our cardiac and pulmonary medical directors.
The goal of our clinics is to improve quality of life for those who are living with these conditions as well as decrease hospitalizations and medication expenses.

The Accelerated Clinical Experience (ACE) Program is a 12-week program designed specifically to support new-to-practice nurses. With rotations on multiple nursing units, each nurse experiences routine leader or preceptor check-in’s, new graduate events and education opportunities.

- Eight fully equipped, private labor and delivery rooms, two operating rooms and three triage beds
- An in-house neonatology specialist 24/7, with a seven-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) that cares for infants 28 weeks and older
- An experienced nursing staff in labor and delivery, newborn, neonatal intensive care unit and post-partum care
- 14 mother-baby postpartum care rooms
- Educational and support classes
- Inpatient international board-certified lactation consultants
