Thank you for considering a career at Bon Secours!NOAH'S CHILDREN POSITION SUMMARY The primary responsibility of this position is to provide leadership and oversight in the development and management of comprehensive bereavement care to include the provision of supportive services to help patient/family, children, significant others and the community at large in dealing with issues of grief and loss consistent with the policies of Bon Secours. Works closely with the Director to develop and implement operational & clinical workflows. Collaborates with peers in local and regional Bon Secours ministries. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum Masters in Counseling or Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).2. Minimum five years clinical experience in the areas of behavioral health with extensive knowledge of death/dying, grief, loss and survivorship; also related clinical experience in multi-disciplinary settings and/or counseling with individuals, couples, families and groups.3. Knowledge and ability to use electronic medical records4. Minimum three years of experience directing the development and operations of bereavement services.5. Minimum three years of clinical supervisory experience preferred.6. Ability to network with community counselors.7. Work requires working knowledge and understanding of regulatory and accrediting guidelines in the provision of hospice bereavement services.
