Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner (Remote)

This position provides consultation and support to BSMH staff and leaders using change management, organization effectiveness, engagement and performance improvement tools and methods. Works in partnership with the Senior Organization Effectiveness Consultant and a team of colleagues to design and implement complex projects to orchestrate cultural and organization change initiatives that achieve corporate goals and business results.


  • As member of team lead by a Senior Organization Effectiveness Consultant, and/or HR leadership, provide support to complex organizational effectiveness projects including: conducting needs assessments, analyzing data, preparing reports,
  • Acts as a project leader when requested by department management and facilitates meetings as needed, actively participating in identifying and implementing interventions.
  • Leverages existing diagnostic tools such as Employee Survey, Performance Reviews, and Human Resource Metrics etc. to develops additional methodologies to determine causes of performance discrepancies and/or to support effective decision making related to organizational effectiveness. Makes recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborates with the Manager of Learning when learning needs are identified as part of performance improvement plans to ensure learning intervention is developed and implemented.
  • Reports the impact and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Partners with team members, other project members to create action plans and document progress on accomplishment of goals. Track the number of, and status of prioritized projects providing reports to department leadership as requested.
  • Supports the work of external consultants, as needed, by providing them with information about the organization, helping with implementation of their projects, and ensuring that follow-up assessments of effectiveness are conducted.
  • Initiates and contributes to innovative solutions, new ideas and best practices in the team and department including leveraging technology and social media tools and solutions.


  • Masters’ degree in adult learning, organization development, business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Three – five years previous demonstrated experience in areas of training, change management, and/or OD practice such as performance management, work redesign. Organization communications experience a plus.
  • One to two years previous project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish positive and productive relationships with clients, senior leaders and team colleagues. Able to partner with clients to identify key opportunities and initiate solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Facility and knowledge of social media tools, presentation software and basic organization communication tools and techniques.
  • Experience or knowledge of lean or other performance improvement tools desirable.
