Associates can choose from three medical plans: Plus, Flex and Save (High Deductible Health Plan). The availability of these plans depends on the associate's home zip code and proximity to a Bon Secours facility.

AmeriBen, an Anthem-owned administrator, serves as the medical plan administrator. Benefits may vary by market.

Yes, associates can choose to opt-in to a dental plan.

Yes, associates can opt-in to participate in a vision plan.

There are Basic and Supplemental coverage options available to associates.

Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability insurance are available for full-time associates (30+ hours).

All associates may contribute upon hire. Ministry contributions require working 1,000 hours in the year and being employed on Dec. 31. The ministry will match 50% of an associate's contribution up to the first 4% of eligible earnings.

Time off benefits are specific to your market.

Well-being programs include health coaching, challenges and activities that contribute to a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA). Associates can qualify for lower cost Healthy Choices medical plan premiums if they are tobacco-free.
