THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A BONUS UP TO $10K FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE!
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or must successfully complete the Virginia State Board of Nursing examination within 60 days of hire.
- Maintains current BLS certification. Additional certifications may be necessary for specialty areas.
- Must competently perform the practice of professional nursing.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and perform all functions involved in safe patient handling.
- Must be able to perform all functions involved in CPR.
- Must be able to meet RN 1 requirements within 12 to 18 months from hire date.
