POSITION SUMMARY

The Team Member is responsible for providing ethical and professional pharmaceutical care, specific to all ages of patients that service is provided to, within the framework of hospital and departmental policy, professional standards of practice, state and federal laws and TJC requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. degree from an accredited school of pharmacy or equivalent. 
• License or eligible for licensure in Virginia. 
• One or two-years hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
