In accordance with federal, state and local laws, certain physical skills are required for all positions with the HSO, including but not limited to: repetitive motions (typing), sitting, lifting up to twenty (20) pounds (luggage, laptop, files, etc.), ability to view electronic monitors at close distance, and frequent walking.

The selected candidate for this position will be required to complete and sign an employment application, successfully pass a background check to BSHSI’s satisfaction, and agree to an employee confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment. Finally, the selected candidate agrees to attend scheduled orientations, compliance and other training programs.
The selected candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without a BSHSI-sponsored petition for visa, such as an H-1B visa. BSHSI does not intend to file any visa applications in connection with this position.
working conditions
For Exempt Position:
An exempt position requiring hours of work that extend beyond the traditional work hours, including evenings and weekends. Travel is required, as business needs dictate.
For Non-Exempt Position:
Non-exempt position and eligible employees may earn overtime compensation (in line with federal, state, and local laws and Bon Secours Health System Inc. guidelines) when weekday evening and/or weekend work is required, as approved in advance by the supervisor. Business travel for this position is not anticipated.
