Bon Secours nurse aide training program
At Bon Secours, we understand the importance of a strong staff. Since 1997, the Bon Secours Nurse Aide Training Program has been dedicated to educating, training, and mentoring the next generation of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). These caregivers are a critical link between the patient and the nurse. They are responsible for tending to the daily needs of their residents, conveying vital information about safety or medical conditions to the nursing staff, and providing physical, mental, and emotional support to their patients. A CNAs’ actions are what make a difference in the everyday care of a patient.
Founded in 1997, the Bon Secours Nurse Aide Training Program has a long history of graduating successful Nurse Aides. We attribute this success to our rigorous and comprehensive seven week curriculum which is led by highly-qualified experts. During the program we cover a variety of important training topics from communication and interpersonal skills and infection control to basic restorative care and the legal aspects of practicing as a Certified Nurse Aide. Our classes are ongoing and offered all year long.
