how to apply
You can work anywhere and make a good living, but you can’t work just anywhere and make a good life. At Bon Secours Health System, you can do both.
Bon Secours promotes a mutually respectful and welcoming workplace environment, one in which highly engaged employees can balance professional and personal priorities while living the organization's Ministry, participating in its Mission, Vision, and Values, and supporting its Operating Principles. To this end, Bon Secours seeks to attract world-class job candidates from diverse populations and geographic regions. Recruitment is a four-stage process focused on identifying, assessing, interviewing; and hiring. Follow these steps to apply for a job:
- Searching and Applying for a Position
After perusing this website, go to Search for a Job. Apply for each position of interest as aligned with your educational background, skill set, and experience. Afterwards, you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming receipt of your application.
- Evaluation
Once in our system, your application will be reviewed in line with the requirements of the position. Due to the large volume of candidate resumes we receive, only the most closely aligned candidates will be contacted directly. At any time you can check the current status of your application on the Applicant Profile page, which appears after you log in with your Username and Password.
- The Interview
A phone or video interview may precede a face-to-face interview with a human resources professional and/or hiring manager. The primary purpose of the interview is to assess the technical and cultural fit of the candidate with the needs of Bon Secours. It also serves as a way for the candidate to gain a better understanding of the job opportunity and the Bon Secours organization.
- Selection
Once a position has been filled, only candidates selected for a position will be notified. Bon Secours' goal is to hire world-class, engaged employees from a pool of candidates representing diverse populations and geographic regions.
We hope that you have found this overview helpful and we appreciate your interest in Bon Secours.
