Bon Secours Health System's highest honor — The Dedicated Service Award — is presented annually to the employee at each local health system facility who demonstrates a strong commitment to the core Values of Justice, Respect, Integrity, Quality, Compassion, Innovation, Stewardship and Growth. The selection criteria include personal growth and development as well as accomplishments that go above and beyond the job description. Established in 1986, the Dedicated Service Award generates much excitement system-wide in anticipation of the announcement of awardees.
